Unique Fabric Protection
We offer ScotchGard advanced carpet and fabric protection that help deter soil and can prevent permanent stains.

This service can be applied to new carpeting and upholstery, or applied after Unique's thorough cleaning of your carpets, or after we have cleaned your Oriental Rugs.

Note: many carpets and fine furniture may already treated during their manufacture. In most cases fabric protection not need to be reapplied for at least several professional cleanings unless there is high traffic or wear.

Unique Emergency Water Damage Restoration

For smells that arise from mildew, fungus, bacteria, yeast, and other microbes, the best approach is to apply an antimicrobial treatment after cleaning. While "Unique" cleaning will help remove microbes, the anti-micobial agent will work to prevent remaining microbes from multiplying.

Antimicrobial treatments are used after flooding or water damage. Antimicrobial treatments have benefits in addition to odor reduction. By stopping microbe growth, it may not only help extend carpet life, and preserve a healthy home environment, but will also help ease or prevent allergy problems.
      
If needed we can remove and replace the carpet, padding, and tackless wood strips and powerstretch your carpet back to its original state upon complete drying of affected areas.
