Jose and Hugo were right on time and finished when expected. They did an excellent job and were very professional. They even got shoe polish out of a light coloured carpet in my closet. They also helped fix a seam where the stair and riser met on one of my stairs. I Highly recommend, Unique.

Technicians showed up on time and were both efficient and good communicators. . Carpeting was well-cleaned. . Pricing was very reasonable. No negatives. I would/will engage with them again for next assignment.

Unique Upholstery, Carpet & Rug Cleaning. Professional from beginning to end. Please don't be deterred if they don't answer your phone call. They WILL call back asap, I promise. The reason their phone is so busy is because they are just SO. DARN. GOOD. They came promptly at the appointed time. They did everything humanly possible to protect doors/furniture/area rugs that were not being cleaned. They worked carefully & efficiently - the work was done 1 hour sooner than the estimated time and the final price reflected that.(I had worked for several days prior to prepare the rooms for their arrival.) Our rooms look and smell SOOO clean. I would call Unique Upholstery, Carpet & Rug Cleaning again in a heartbeat.

We used Unique Carpet Cleaning and could not be happier with the results. They did our stairs and cleaned an accent chair. The chair had drippy mess of melted butter down the inside of the arm. There is no so sign of any stain!! Very pleased !! If you use them, you will be pleased.

Very thorough. Evaluated what needed to be done and carefully and efficiently accomplished it. Most carpets were in decent shape and their work made them look like new, especially the stairs. One room in a high traffic area had a very well used carpet and the lead cleaner apologized because he couldn’t get it like new even after he made many additional passes at it. They went the extra step to make sure I was satisfied. They moved all of the reasonably accessible furniture to be sure they cleaned under and behind it. I was very impressed. The pricing was a bit on the higher side but after I saw what they did, I had no problem with what they charged. I would highly recommend this Company.

I called to get our carpet cleaned and they were able to quickly accommodate and set up an appointment. The guys that came were friendly and helpful and most importantly did an amazing job! While at my house I asked if they could do another project and they were able to accommodate that as well. They were thorough and the carpet looks fantastic. They were able to get out wax and ashes from a candle that tipped over in my daughter’s bedroom and overall they did a significantly better job than people we have used before for general carpet cleaning. Couldn’t recommend more highly for a job very well done!

This was my first experience using Unique Carpet and Rug Cleaning. I must say they were definitely unique. They arrived early. Checked out the entire area to be cleaned. Asked necessary questions. Set up quickly. Were very careful of personal property. Worked very quickly and thoroughly. Were very professional. From the uniqueness of their truck to the equipment and method that was used to clean my carpet, I was definitely impressed and extremely satisfied with the outcome. I wish I had “before” pictures to share! Unique does an AMAZING job. This is the second time we’ve used them and we are just as happy as the first time! Our 16 year old carpet with teenagers and cats were looking pretty rough. They literally look like new!! Worth the money by far. The guys who cleaned the carpets were friendly and professional. They are so much better than any other place, and I’m happy to support a local business.

Incredible job! Their attention to detail was excellent. They removed stains I didn’t expect could be cleaned. Also it dried within 24 hours. I’ve had many carpet cleaners who either applied too much water or couldn’t properly extract it. I am very pleased. Highly recommended!

Service perfection! Owner Edgar is professional, articulate and friendly, and was able to remove some very tough, longtime carpet stains! He went so far as to capture and release 3 robin birds that flew into our home during carpet cleaning when garage door was open. HIGHLY recommend Unique and Edgar!!! I’m a very pleased customer.

Big job well done. Yesterday we had every carpet and rug cleaned in our home. The workmen arrived on time, were cheerful, polite, helpful, efficient and did a beautiful job. My one issue would be that the price seemed rather high. Then again, I guess you get what you pay for. Thank you Unique Carpeting!
