His veteran leadership helps him oversee that the entire process is done effectively and efficiently. With a meticulous eye, Jose ensures that warehouse operations and team preparation are top-notch. Jose is always eager to help identify specific needs or challenges, and he does so in a courteous manner. He’s a stickler for detail, making sure every nook and cranny is cleaned properly, and he’s always available to address any concerns. I wish I had “before” pictures to share! Unique does an AMAZING job. This is the second time we’ve used them and we are just as happy as the first time! Our 16 year old carpet with teenagers and cats were looking pretty rough. They literally look like new!! Worth the money by far. The guys who cleaned the carpets were friendly and professional. They are so much better than any other place, and I’m happy to support a local business.

Unique Larry and his team did an awesome job cleaning and disinfecting my hardwood floors, tile, and furniture! My Bernhardt sofa was looking the worse for wear and they brought it back to life.
