Jose is the star of the show, leading the team as the lead supervisor. He’s been with the company for over 18 years, and his wealth of experience is unmatched! His veteran leadership helps him oversee that the entire process is done effectively and efficiently. With a meticulous eye, Jose ensures that warehouse operations and team preparation are top-notch. Jose is always eager to help identify specific needs or challenges, and he does so in a courteous manner. He’s a stickler for detail, making sure every nook and cranny is cleaned properly, and he’s always available to address any concerns. We absolutely love his attention to detail, and we know you will too!

We used Unique Carpet Cleaning and could not be happier with the results. They did our stairs and cleaned an accent chair. The chair had drippy mess of melted butter down the inside of the arm. There is no so sign of any stain!! Very pleased !! If you use them, you will be pleased.

Jose and Hugo were right on time and finished when expected. They did an excellent job and were very professional. They even got shoe polish out of a light coloured carpet in my closet. They also helped fix a seam where the stair and riser met on one of my stairs. I Highly recommend, Unique.
